We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities: 

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner 

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual 

- Provide information to guests about our company and services 

- Manage the front desk area, including keeping it clean and organized 

- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars 

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing 

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Uphold customer privacy and confidentiality by ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies

- Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring access

- Document customer interactions and inquiries, including details of complaints, comments, or suggestions, to improve service quality

- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and continuously improve the customer service process

 

Requirements: 

- High school diploma or equivalent 

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software 

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer demands
